Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Search. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' properties, ensuring a secure environment for residents and visitors.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor CCTV systems, particularly in high-traffic areas and access points, to ensure the security and safety of our clients' properties.
- Manage resident and visitor access, ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the premises.
- Respond to emergencies, sounding alarms or contacting authorities as necessary.
- Direct traffic and control the movement of people, ensuring a smooth and secure flow of individuals.
- Complete reports and record surveillance activities, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Follow all security protocols, tasks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage, log, and process residential parcels, monitoring for suspicious packages as per SOP.
- Investigate any signs of intrusion or risk, taking prompt action to mitigate potential threats.
- Manage vehicle booking processes and loading bay usage, ensuring efficient and secure operations.
- Direct drivers politely, ensuring they follow unloading time limits and maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs, providing courteous and informative support to residents and visitors.
- Control vehicle and personnel entry, recording their movements as required by SOP.
