Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a UK Major Projects Head. This role will involve overseeing the delivery of complex infrastructure and utilities projects, managing a team of professionals, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.


About the Role:
  • Oversee the delivery of major projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to budget.
  • Manage a team of professionals to deliver infrastructure and utilities projects, including land programmes.
  • Develop strong relationships with partners and identify business opportunities.
  • Report and analyse team performance to management and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in project management, particularly in complex projects.
  • Substantial knowledge of Scottish planning, consenting, and environmental requirements.
  • Demonstrable track record in developing and implementing land strategies.
  • Awareness of necessary IT systems and GIS.
