The starting salary for this role is £12.33 - 13.33 per hour, rising with training to £12.83-13.83 (dependent on store location).

As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the team, managing stock and inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.

You will also be involved in implementing new initiatives and projects, and working closely with the store manager to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

About You

  • You will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably as a team leader or supervisor.
  • You will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a ability to provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
