Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Digital Solutions team in the UK/IRL. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business channels to drive sales growth
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with key customers
- Conduct market research to understand the unique needs of the fleet management sector
- Engage with key customers to foster strong relationships and close sales deals
- Implement a sales plan to expand our customer base and ensure a strong market presence
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. You should have a strong understanding of the UK/IRL market and be able to identify and develop new business channels. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven field sales, sales development, channel development, or business development experience, preferably within the fleet management, SaaS or Tech industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
