Senior Electrical Engineer (Renewables)

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £55,000- £65,000

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our renewable energy division, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality assurance of design and specifications, including installation, inspection, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing electrical systems considering environmental factors, health and safety risks, and routing
  • Producing equipment schedules and electrical schematics
  • Supporting technical teams across Sales, Commercial, Construction, and O&M
  • Providing design deliverables such as specifications, drawings, and data sheets

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with extensive on-site experience in installation, survey, maintenance, or design, with expertise in LV/HV systems, power distribution, and building services engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D is also essential.
