At MiHomecare Limited, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Llanelli. As a Dedicated Home Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in social care, with the ability to provide specialist training. Your caring and empathetic nature will enable you to form strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, showering, toileting, and personal care.
  • Assisting with medication management and administering medications as required.
  • Liaising with Multi-Disciplinary Teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

You will be responsible for assessing client needs and developing personalized care plans to meet their goals and aspirations. Your ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders will be essential in delivering high-quality care services.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.50 p/h for weekday shifts and £13.00 p/h for weekend shifts. In addition to your salary, you will also receive:
