Postperson with Driving

About this role

At Royal Mail Group, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Postperson with Driving to join our team. As a Postperson with Driving, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across your designated area.

Key responsibilities

* Deliver mail and parcels to customers on a daily basis using a company vehicle
* Work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
* Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork as required
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements

* A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Basic computer skills and ability to use company systems
