About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Care Facility Operations Manager to join our team at Go Ahead Recruitment Limited. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations of a CQC registered home for adults with physical disabilities and acquired brain injury.



Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £42,213 per annum, along with benefits such as contribution-based salary after 12 weeks, and career progression opportunities.



Key Responsibilities: As a Residential Care Facility Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the home, managing the budget, and ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines and regulations.



Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working in a care environment, preferably with a CQC registered home. You should also hold a relevant qualification, such as NVQ/Diploma level 5 in health and social care or equivalent.



Working Hours: The role involves working hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with no on-call duties.
