Warehouse Worker

Rapier Employment is seeking a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operative to join our team in Coleshill, Birmingham. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for working in a modern, clean, and well-lit environment, primarily in the goods in department.

• Receiving and processing goods in a timely and accurate manner
• Using an order-picking scanning gun to locate items and maintain a high level of numeracy and literacy
• Lifting items of various weights up to 10kg and working in other departments as trained

• A good level of English (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Attention to detail and a flexible attitude
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is desirable
• A stable work history and physical health

• Starting salary of £22,601.00 per annum (£11.59 per hour)
• Opportunity to learn new skills and increase pay
• 37.5 hours paid per week
