We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our collaborative marketing team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a dynamic and innovative company, we are looking for a professional who can take ownership of digital marketing activities and play a key role in planning, creating, and executing campaigns to drive brand visibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to inform strategic social media planning and content creation.
- Create engaging content across multiple marketing channels, including social media, email, and website updates.
- Take charge of social media, developing and executing plans that align with business goals and objectives.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, including engagement and impressions.
- Collaborate closely with the eCommerce team on projects aimed at new business development and customer acquisition.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and performance metrics.
