About the Role: As an Anaesthetic Practitioner at Practice Plus Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that prioritises patient care and staff development. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualised care plans for patients undergoing anaesthesia • Administer anaesthesia and monitor patients during procedures and recovery • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes • Participate in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support the development of policies and procedures

Essential Requirements: • NMC registration as a nurse or HCPC registration as an operating department practitioner • Experience in anaesthetics, including intubation, extubation, and resuscitation • Sound knowledge of anaesthetics, sedatives, muscle relaxants, and emergency drugs • Competency in IV therapies and catheterisation • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
