Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Manager to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges Group campus on a permanent, full-time contract. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience working with apprentices, employers, and awarding bodies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and supporting apprentices' off-the-job training hours to ensure seamless learning experiences. They should also have knowledge of additional learning support for apprentices and be able to effectively manage apprentice well-being and behaviour.

Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and support apprentices' off-the-job training hours
  2. Work closely with employers and awarding bodies

This involves coordinating and managing training schedules, as well as providing ongoing support to apprentices throughout their program. The successful candidate will also work closely with employers and awarding bodies to ensure that all relevant training requirements are met.
