Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Marie Curie Rapid Response Service team. As a key member of our community-based palliative care service, you will work closely with a Clinical Nurse Manager and Senior Nurse to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with terminal illnesses and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver rapid and flexible out-of-hours nursing care and support to terminally ill patients and their carers.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and integrated service.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, promoting dignity and respect throughout the care journey.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our service.
