Advanced Clinical Practitioner Skills Coach Opportunity

We are seeking two Enhanced Level Skills Coaches to join our thriving ACP Apprenticeship team at the University of Bolton.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with apprentices and employers in the healthcare sector, developing and fostering new relationships to support the progression of our apprentices on their learning journey.
You will be responsible for providing support and building cohesive relations with employers, clinical mentors, learners, and the university. Your role will be pivotal in raising the profile of Apprenticeships within the University and with employers across the sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective plans to facilitate the use and development of skills, knowledge, and behaviors in the workplace.
- Work collaboratively with ACP apprentices, practice, and academics to develop and refine apprenticeship programs.
- Conduct initial and diagnostic assessment activities and provide support for the recruitment of ACP apprentices.
- Undertake Health and Safety reviews of work placements and maintain mandatory training requirements.
- Attend relevant meetings as identified by your line manager.
- A Master's Degree or working towards MSc-level study (Relevant healthcare experience will be considered).
- Current relevant registration with a professional accreditation body.
- Experience of operating successfully within a team environment and competent in the application of Information Technology and systems.
The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the growth and development of our ACP Apprenticeship program. You will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
