Culina Group is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for assembling and delivering customer orders with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble customer orders from the order profile with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize radio data terminal (RDT) to streamline order processing.
  • Ensure the correct amount of product is picked and built correctly and safely onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures.
  • Stretch, wrap, and complete orders as required, presenting them to the marshalling area for further processing.
  • Meet performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as required.
  • Ensure client-specific order requirements are met as instructed.
  • Operate equipment in accordance with training and guidelines.
  • Adhere to a clean-as-you-go policy, with a focus on recycling and waste management.
  • Wear and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and report any health, safety, or welfare concerns to site management.
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as requested by supervisors or managers, including marshalling, cleaning, loading, goods-in, and pallet checking.

Requirements

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expected to operate all necessary Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to meet operational requirements.
  • Must possess a reasonable level of verbal and numerical reasoning.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Conscientious and reliable approach to work.
  • Good working attitude and previous experience in a similar environment are desirable but not essential.
  • FLT license (Reach essential, counterbalance desirable).
