Environmental Health and Safety Manager

i-Pharm Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental Health and Safety function, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective safety protocols, fostering a culture of environmental awareness and compliance, and minimizing the environmental impact of our company operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain effective safety protocols
  • Foster a culture of environmental awareness and compliance
  • Minimize the environmental impact of company operations
  • Manage the Environmental and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001 and 14001)
  • Monitor and review the SHE policy and practice - ensuring compliance with ISO standards
  • Drive initiatives for environmental sustainability
  • Manage statutory environmental reporting to comply with Environmental regulations such as WEEE, EPA, and SECR Report

We are looking for someone with strong environmental and sustainability expertise, preferably with experience in SEH roles within the medical or healthcare industry. In-depth knowledge of HSE legislative frameworks across EU and UK is essential, and Environment Management Certification (e.g. NEBOSH, IEMA) is required. Accreditation by an approved Environmental association (e.g. IEMA) is preferred.
