About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our Pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Colleague. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing prescriptions, and assisting with various pharmacy tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
- Assist with various pharmacy tasks, including assembling and processing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Develop an understanding of our pharmacy services, including prescription collection, medicines use reviews, and blood pressure checks.
- Support the Pharmacist with patient services, such as stop smoking schemes and patient record keeping.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and providing a great healthcare experience. You will have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
