Paraplanning and Reporting Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paraplanning and Reporting Expert to join our dynamic team at Heat Recruitment. As a Paraplanning and Reporting Expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning team by providing paraplanning and report-writing assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed client letters and reports, both templated and bespoke, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Write client review letters, including portfolio reviews and drawdown reviews.
  • Collaborate effectively with financial planners, fellow paraplanners, and our administration team to facilitate smooth new business processing and address technical client queries.
  • Conduct portfolio analysis and rebalancing as needed.
  • Perform fund, product, and provider research and due diligence, including portfolio construction using tools like FE Analytics & Centra.
