As a KFC Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Optimising guest experience by handling cash, cleaning, and ensuring food safety;
  • Managing food preparation and cleaning in the middle of house area, with top communication, speed, and accuracy;
  • Preparing food to the highest standards, communicating effectively with your team, and maintaining food safety.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 (aged 21+), £10.84 (aged 18-20), and £7.27 (aged 16-17). You will also receive a quarterly bonus incentive and enjoy a range of benefits, including over 200 discounted brands, gym discounts of up to 25%, and free meals on shift.
