CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join our team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CNC Lathe / VMC Programmer / Setter / Operator
  • Offline programming
  • Deburr and inspect own work
  • Machining to tight tolerances of varying complexities
  • Assist in the development of new methods and systems aimed at improving manufacturing effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Programme Set and Operate CNC Mills / CNC Lathes
  • Fanuc and Siemens controls desirable.
  • Experienced in offline CAD CAM programming
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Experience with Fusion360 desirable however other software experience would be considered
  • Able to machine to fine tolerances
  • Experience working with a variety of materials (mainly metals)
  • CAD Design experience essential

Working Hours:

7.30am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday, 1/2 hr lunch

Annual Leave:

28 days including Bank Holidays
