Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at AgReserves. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating a variety of farm equipment with a high degree of proficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Operate farm equipment with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the Field Mechanic to rebuild and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Champion a safety culture by adhering to safety protocols and procedures, and participating in regular training sessions.
  • Support cross-functional teams to achieve production goals, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating farm equipment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Trade school or relevant education and certifications a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
