About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fragrance Ambassador to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a Fragrance Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating an inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and authentic customer service, ensuring that each customer has a unique and memorable experience.
• Combine your passion for fragrance and gifting to educate, inspire, and delight our customers.
• Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising.
• Entertain visitors from across the globe and showcase The World of Jo Malone London to our customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients.
