Executive Sales Leader

- Conduct regular performance reviews with your team and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Work with peers in the office to maximise cross-sell opportunities for the group.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including cycle to work and EV car salary sacrifice schemes, health and wellbeing support services, and regular sales incentive recognition for top performers.
