We are seeking an experienced ESG Research and Integration Manager to join our team at Jupiter, a leading investment management company. As a key member of our ESG Research and Integration team, you will play a critical role in supporting our investment teams in their ESG-related activities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and participate in the delivery of the team's ESG research & integration and stewardship activities, including the use and interpretation of ESG data to support investment processes.
- Generate engagement ideas that consider ESG risks and opportunities and support our wider responsible investment commitments.
- Conduct direct and collaborative engagement with companies to represent client interests.
- Support the Head of ESG Research and Integration with the delivery of strategic, regulatory and policy initiatives both inside and outside of our direct team that relate to ESG and Sustainability.
- Deliver insights on and further knowledge of key ESG themes across the investment floor, including the production of thought leadership investment research that is relevant and impactful for our investment portfolios.
- Deep understanding of the ESG landscape within the investment industry and associated client requirements.
- Demonstrable experience working within the financial services / investment industry with strong analytical capability, attention to detail and the ability to analyse companies from an ESG and sustainability perspective.
- Management skills and ability to deliver complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required along with the ability to lead a variety of meetings and adapt one's style and disseminate complex information in a manner which is easy to understand.
- Strong IT skills including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with PowerBI, Refinitiv and Bloomberg will be viewed favourably.
