Quantity Surveying Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Quantity Surveying Expert to join our team in Doncaster, UK. The ideal candidate will have strong decision-making & negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders, and be able to complete concept to completion project costing.
The role involves managing project costs and profitability, including taking off drawings and producing accurate Bills of Quantities/SoW's, subcontract and supplier procurement, and regular site visits. The successful candidate will need to be able to work effectively independently and as part of the team, with a full driving license.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum, plus company car or car allowance, and a range of benefits including 20 days annual leave, paid social events, and Westfield Health membership.
