We Are Swim is seeking a passionate and experienced Sport Coach to lead our swimming teaching team in Crewe, Cheshire.

The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years, promoting water safety and confidence through fun and engaging sessions.

A competitive salary of £20.00 per hour is on offer, along with the opportunity to work part-time hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in swimmers of all ages and abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To plan and deliver swimming lessons that meet the needs of individual swimmers.
  • Ensure adherence to the We Are Swim scheme of work and lesson plans.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote water safety and confidence among swimmers.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field.
  • Relevant coaching experience in swimming.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
