7.5t Recovery Driver Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced 7.5t Recovery Driver to join our client, a well-established accident repair centre in Ascot. This is a permanent role from day one, providing a fantastic opportunity to work with a professional team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely collect and deliver vehicles to and from customers
  • Transport vehicles between accident sites, repair centres, and customer addresses
  • Perform basic vehicle checks before and after each journey
  • Provide excellent customer service during vehicle collection and delivery
  • Coordinate with the accident repair team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Valid 7.5t driving licence with CPC and Digital Tacho Card
  • Experience in vehicle recovery or delivery roles
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay: £14.00 per hour (equivalent of £34,580 annual salary), plus overtime
  • Permanent position with immediate start
  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00-17:00, alternate Saturdays, 07:00-17:00
