Production Operative Job Description

We are seeking motivated and driven candidates to join our team as Production Operatives within a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading goods
  • Training provided for LLOP and MHE
  • Preparing orders for customers and UK stores
  • Operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Assisting with a variety of warehouse functions, including inbound, outbound, and stock control
  • Lifting stock, wrapping pallets, and performing hygiene duties
  • Adhering to safe systems of work and standard operating procedures
  • Picking and packing leisure and garden goods for orders

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and ability to work efficiently to meet operational demands
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Desirable: FLT licenses, but training can be provided

  • Monday to Friday, rotating shifts 6am-2pm
