Live-in Care Worker

At Alina Homecare, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Live-in Care Worker. As a Live-in Carer, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing personalized support and care in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Manage medication schedules and ensure clients take their prescribed medications as needed.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, taking into account clients' dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and tidying.
  • Accompany clients on errands and outings, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Assist with mobility and transfer tasks, ensuring clients' safety and comfort.
Requirements:

We're looking for someone with a caring and positive attitude, who is willing to learn and adapt to our clients' needs. As a Live-in Carer, you'll have the opportunity to develop new skills and gain valuable experience in a rewarding and challenging role.
