Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of Cage Representatives and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures for quality standards, regulatory compliance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance guest experience and resolve issues.
  • Communicate department goals, operations, events, and audit information to staff through regular meetings and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including counter check activity and staff performance.

Requirements:

  • Two+ years' experience in finance/banking, preferably in a casino environment.
  • Able to obtain and maintain required licenses.

Salary: Estimated salary range of $80,000 - $105,000 per year.
