This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in new business sales and sales acceleration.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, assess, and qualify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Utilize CRM systems to track activity, manage accounts, and analyze market feedback
  • Monitor and report on daily sales activity levels and performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales and Inside Sales teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level contacts within target companies
  • Contribute to the evolution of our lead qualification and sales processes
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in selling IT technologies, solutions, and services
  • Passionate about new business sales and prospecting
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to achieve high daily outbound activity levels while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Experience in cold outreach, LinkedIn, and new business prospecting
  • Competitive, driven, and a team player with a strong desire to succeed
  • Software and technology aptitude, including CRM and sales engagement applications
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities
  • Capacity to think creatively and strategically
  • Fluency in Spanish language and writing skills
