Exciting Opportunity for a Licensed Conveyancer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join our innovative start-up law firm, Everpool. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, and property finance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conducting all conveyancing procedures, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, leasehold documents, and other legal documents
  • Ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory and legislative requirements
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of PQE in private client solicitor/FILEX/CLC or similar experienced Fee Earner
  • Strong knowledge of Asset Protection Trust / Lifetime Discretionary Trust experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commitment to providing outstanding client service
