About the Role

Cure Talent is partnering with a leading medical device company to find a talented Senior Electrical Engineer.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary R&D team and contribute to the design, development, and manufacture of cutting-edge medical safety equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems for complex electromechanical medical machinery
  • Lead system and subsystem-level designs, applying engineering principles and techniques
  • Work across the full product development lifecycle, from concept to validation
  • Ensure the highest quality standards are met
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 5+ years of system-level experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Leadership experience in managing schedules, resources, and providing technical guidance
  • Experience with Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) and serviceability
  • Familiarity with controlling electro-mechanical devices and understanding machine electrical hardware
  • Experience in creating requirements and test procedures for electrical systems and printed circuit board assemblies
