We are seeking an experienced Purchasing and Facilities Coordinator to join our Estates and Facilities team at The Adam Practice in Poole, Dorset.


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving orders from nursing and administrative teams, placing orders with suppliers, and ensuring seamless service delivery. You will also manage centrally held stock, monitor ordering requests, and maintain accurate records of transactions.


In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure our surgeries are maintained to a high standard. You will also assist the facilities team with various tasks, including arranging servicing, testing, and repairs of equipment.


You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, you will also have experience working in a purchasing setting and inputting, editing, and reading spreadsheets.
