About the Role:

This role requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues. You will provide academic support to pupils, including 1:1 SEN support and group work interventions, assist teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment, and contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide academic support to pupils, including 1:1 SEN support and group work interventions.
• Assist teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment, fostering a sense of community and belonging among pupils and staff.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (TA qualification preferred but not essential).
• Passion for education and a commitment to pupil development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic school setting.

The salary for this role is approximately £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team environment.
