LT Harper - Cyber Security Recruitment is seeking a Cyber Assurance Manager to join its CISO team, reporting directly to the Head of Information Security.

This is a unique opportunity to design, manage, and oversee the assurance program, ensuring detection, prevention, and response to risks, including data theft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage the assurance program, establishing 'assurance awareness' in the business to drive risk awareness and effective risk management.
  • Identify and respond to assurance incidents and escalations, creating and implementing assurance policies, standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure effective progress of the assurance program and assurance awareness.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of assurance principles and programs.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Purview with experience of implementation.
  • Technical expertise and experience in assurance tools and techniques to perform data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Management experience, leading and directing teams with clear and realistic objectives.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A good understanding of security frameworks, including ISO standards, Cyber essentials, and data protection.
