Team Assistant Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Team Assistant to join our team at NextEnergy Group. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a flexible attitude.

Job Summary:

  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders
  • Manage and prioritize calendars
  • Organize travel logistics
  • Conduct research and compile information
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Calendars: Manage and prioritize calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  2. Internal and External Communications: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
  3. Travel Logistics: Organize travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  4. Research and Information: Conduct research and compile information as needed to support decision-making and project initiatives
  5. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
  6. Event Coordination: Coordinate a wide range of events with Executive Assistant
  7. Expenses Reconciliation: Expenses reconciliation, adhering to internal policies
  8. Office Policies: Ensure that office policies and procedures are followed and assist with the implementation of new systems and processes as needed
  9. Ad-Hoc Tasks: Support People Operations team with ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Team Assistant
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Reliability and discretion
  • The right to work in the UK
