Senior Operations Associate

Gopuff is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Associate to join our Operations team. As a key member of our Site leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring high operational standards at our MFCs to deliver timely and accurate service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead the warehouse team during your shift, demonstrating a strong work ethic and setting a positive example for your colleagues.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack items on a per-order basis for dispatch to customers, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
- Delivery Partners: Support the management of Delivery Partners to ensure a seamless delivery experience for our customers.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, providing excellent customer service.
- Goods Inbound: Receive product from vendors, verifying physical count matches purchase order/invoice, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, conducting cycle counts to minimize out-of-stock products, and managing waste and compliance with our partnership with TooGoodToGo.
- Warehouse Management: Ensure the warehouse is compliant, clean, organized, and aligned with Operating Standards.
- Health and Safety: Support Onsite Health & Safety compliance and testing, maintaining a safe working environment.
- You have experience working in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment.
- General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty.
- Effective communication skills.
- Organized, team-oriented, positive attitude, and helpful.
- Flexible and available to cover shifts during operational hours (7am - 3am).
