EdEx - Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Therapy Assistant. This role is perfect for graduates from a creative background who are passionate about bringing imagination and learning to life in a primary school setting.

As a Creative Therapy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with children in a supportive and engaging environment, using your creativity and imagination to help them develop their social and emotional skills. You will be working alongside a team of experienced educators and therapists to provide a unique and enriching experience for the children.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a creative field, such as art, drama, or music, and will have some experience working with children. You will be confident, enthusiastic, and able to think creatively to come up with innovative and fun ideas and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting EYFS, KS1, and KS2 students on a day-to-day basis
  • Using creativity and imagination to engage students with the primary curriculum
  • May involve supporting students with mild SEN (ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, Speech and language issues)
  • Working alongside a team of experienced educators and therapists to provide a unique and enriching experience for the children

  • A competitive daily rate of £105 - £110 (Term Time Only)

  • Based in Greenwich
