Job Description

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Road Sales team in Bristol. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best in the business and begin your career in sales.

Your Role

Our Road Logistics team provides hundreds of customers with the services to move their goods across Europe. The sales team works directly to source, engage, and maintain our customer base, ensuring that our customers' shipments are booked in efficiently and delivered on time.

Your Responsibilities

As a sales apprentice, you will work within a successful sales team while learning everything you need to know to be a top sales performer. You will focus on delivering excellent customer service and develop specialist sales skills, including making sales calls, engaging and onboarding new customers, and analyzing sales performance statistics.

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing excellent customer service, have a strong work ethic, and are able to communicate effectively with others. Previous use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel is beneficial. This is an entry-level training position, and we welcome applications from candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Recruitment Process

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a telephone screening call with a member of our Resourcing team. A final shortlist of candidates will be invited to an interview onsite with two members of the hiring team. All candidates will receive telephone feedback after their interviews.
