Independent Living Advocate

The Independent Living Advocate will work closely with customers who have experienced homelessness to provide support and guidance in achieving their goals. This role requires a high level of empathy, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and external partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing customers' needs and developing support plans to promote independent living
- Providing guidance and support to customers to enhance their independence and confidence
- Liaising with external agencies to secure resources and services for customers
- Contributing to the development of policies and procedures that promote customer-centered care
Salary: £12.50 per hour
