We are a collection of 21 unique luxury hotels across the UK, each hand-picked for their individuality and charm. As a Regional Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and optimising hotel performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for reviewing and implementing hotel pricing strategies, providing strategic analysis to ensure performance aligns with budget expectations and market conditions. Proficiency in Opera and excellent communication and influencing skills are essential for this role.

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Management professional with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and optimising hotel performance. If you have a passion for the hotel industry and excellent analytical skills, we would love to hear from you.

Our Benefits Package:

In addition to an estimated annual salary of £55,000 - £65,000, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including a company pension scheme, life assurance scheme, and employee assistance program. You will also have access to our in-house and external training programs, and enjoy 28 days holiday per year, increasing to 33 days with length of service.
