Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, ambitious, and ICF-accredited Business Coach to join our team at She Heals The World. As a Business Coach, you will work remotely with clients around the globe, helping them to clarify their vision, set strategic goals, overcome challenges, and achieve extraordinary results in their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to help clients identify their goals, develop actionable plans, and achieve business success.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist clients in developing and implementing effective business strategies, including marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Mindset Coaching: Support clients in overcoming limiting beliefs and developing a success-oriented mindset.
  • Holistic Integration: Encourage the integration of holistic practices into clients' business strategies to ensure alignment with their values and overall well-being.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor client progress, provide feedback, and adjust coaching strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and success.
  • Workshops and Webinars: Facilitate group coaching sessions, workshops, and webinars on various business development topics.
  • Resource Development: Create and share resources, tools, and materials that support clients in their entrepreneurial journey.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a supportive and engaging community environment among clients and members.

Qualifications:

  • Certification: ICF-accreditation is a requirement.
  • Experience: Business coaching experience, preferably with wellness entrepreneurs, holistic practitioners, or alternative medicine professionals or significant business experience.
  • Skills: Exceptional coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using coaching platforms and tools for virtual video-based sessions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and adapt coaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Availability: Flexibility to accommodate clients in various time zones.
