**About the Role**

As a Senior Care & Support Assistant, you will work alongside a team of Care Assistants to ensure they are supported and have guidance throughout their shift. You will identify the individual needs and abilities of our residents to deliver person-centred care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Work with the care team to provide high-quality care and support to residents
* Identify and meet the individual needs and abilities of residents
* Support residents to maintain their independence
* Provide companionship and build relationships with residents
* Act as a point of escalation for any incidents or events in the home

**Requirements:**

* Completed or working towards an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* Previous care experience with knowledge of care planning and administering medication
* Ability to work in a team to create a co-operative, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere
