About the Role

As a Credit Controller at Exclusive Networks, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of cash within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively review the sales ledger, identify invoices that are falling due for payment or overdue, and chase all invoices for payment in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively reviewing the sales ledger to identify potential cash flow issues
  • Chasing all invoices for payment, prioritizing by age and value where necessary
  • Answering customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Raising all invoices and pro-formas for fulfilled orders and ensuring these are sent to customers on a timely basis
  • Accessing portals for electronic invoicing to customers
  • Circulating mid and end of month statements as and when needed
  • Logging and allocating cash postings onto Netsuite on a timely basis
  • Ensuring that the AR spreadsheet is updated daily with the latest data, deleting any customers that have paid
  • Identifying any overdue balances that need to be escalated to the AR Manager for further action
  • Assisting the AR Manager in the production of the weekly cash forecast review
  • Uploading customer invoices on Ariba and Tungsten

About You

The ideal Credit Controller will possess:

  • Accounts Receivable or Credit Control experience
  • A proactive approach with a confident telephone manner
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work and manage several tasks concurrently
  • Excellent experience of all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
  • A process-oriented approach, with the ability to use initiative to streamline and learn new processes
  • The ability to work confidentially and treat issues with sensitivity
