We are recruiting a Homelessness and Civil Litigation Lawyer to join our client's Legal Team on a permanent basis. The role requires a qualified lawyer with expertise in homelessness law and experience in handling a busy caseload of housing litigation matters.
About the Job:
- Leading a team of around 4 legal professionals.
- Providing strategic advice on homelessness to the council, including managing complex casework and conducting litigation.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to improve the council's homelessness services.
- Representing the council in committees and other forums.
