Exceptional Early Years Educator Required for Haringey School

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Teacher to join our close-knit school in Haringey North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to supporting the educational journey of young children.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and Delivering Engaging Lessons: Creating stimulating and creative lessons that meet the requirements of the Nursery curriculum, fostering a love for learning in our students.
- Fostering a Nurturing Environment: Establishing a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social and emotional development in our students.
- Providing Individualised Support: Offering tailored support to students based on their unique needs and abilities, ensuring they reach their full potential.
- Collaborating with Colleagues: Working effectively with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Assessing Student Progress: Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintaining Accurate Records: Ensuring up-to-date records of student achievements and behaviour are maintained.
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- A strong academic record, including QTS, EYTS, PGCE, or equivalent qualifications.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Nursery curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- An ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
