Electrical Maintenance Manager

Velocity Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and maintenance, with a focus on managing engineering assets to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and manage all engineering assets to support the business with no unplanned disruptions in the most cost-effective manner.
  • Manage reactive works process to ensure requests are responded to and closed out in accordance with agreed procedures.
  • Develop management tools to actively report on asset and building performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Relevant knowledge of HVAC, Hot & Cold-Water Systems, UPS, Generators & LV systems.
  • Ability to fault find using the production of graphical information and the utilisation of current alarm data.
  • Experience with HV systems is desirable.

What We Offer:
  • A basic salary of up to £50,000 for the suitable candidate.
