Digital Project Manager Job Description

Diamond Search Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to join their team. As a Digital Project Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering excellence to clients and helping the company grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring successful project completion against deadlines, briefs, and budget.
  2. Work closely with Strategic Account Managers to understand client goals, expectations, and retainer size.
  3. Develop detailed project plans and roadmaps to guide internal and external stakeholders, and update plans based on changing needs and requirements.
  4. Ensure internal admin tasks are completed to set deadlines, including project updates, reporting, and Asana status updates to track project progress.
  5. Reconcile projects regularly, provide internal status updates of the projects to Strategic Account Managers, and flag where activity has gone beyond the initial scope.
  6. Coordinate project set-up & kick-offs, to ensure projects are off to a good start.
  7. Support with upsell opportunities and value-added projects for clients, particularly proposal development.
  8. Act as the single point of contact internally for all assigned projects.
  9. Work effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation, and chase up delivery deadlines.
  10. Check the quality of the deliverables to ensure we are presenting the very best outcome to the client.
  11. Manage and track billable time towards servicing clients, ensuring projects are delivered within the allocated time.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Project Management and client experience.
  2. Strong understanding of digital marketing.
  3. Confident with using Apple software.
  4. Be passionate about Digital Marketing.

What We Offer:

A salary of £32-37,000, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.
