Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team at BOC Limited, a Linde company. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Operational Excellence in building and leading the Procurement team data and analytics, aligned to the overall Procurement strategy.

• Work across multiple data sets to provide value-added data insights to enable informed and data-driven decision making.
• Develop and maintain our reporting tools, data products, and platforms, as well as Procurement documentation, guidance, and communications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement digital-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Procurement strategy and its alignment with the overall business objectives.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to develop positive working relationships both internally and externally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to implement digital-driven improvements.
• Advanced user of data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau, with evidence of ability to turn data insights into clear messages, objectives, and actions.
• High level of self-motivation and tenacity to drive and deliver results to get a job done.
• A good level of business and financial acumen in order to analyze and present data.
• Comfortable working in a complex and changing organization.
• Project Management experience would be desirable.
• Willingness to learn, self-develop, and work towards a CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply) qualification.
